Store Policies

Welcome

Welcome to the Neck Interest Custom Jewelry Design website and thank you for taking time to read my store policies. I really enjoy the spark of inspiration that leads to creating beautiful jewelry.  I take pride in my work and want you to be completely satisfied in your business dealings with me.

Payment

My preferred payment method is PayPal, which does allow you to use a credit/debit card to make your payment at no additional cost to you.  I will accept money orders and cashier's checks, but will hold off on shipping your item(s) until your check is received and has cleared my bank.  If I don’t receive your check or money order within 10 business days, the item will be placed back on sale.  For any sales within Arizona, I must add 9.3 percent sales tax.

Refunds and Exchanges

My goal is for you to be happy with your purchase and I hope you will enjoy wearing the jewelry you buy from Neck Interest.  If it turns out that you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will accept returns within 10 business days. Returned items must be in their original condition and appropriate packaging. I will refund your full purchase price (less what I paid for shipping) and the return shipping will be your responsibility. I cannot accept returns of earrings because they cannot be resold.  If you wish to exchange a necklace or bracelet for something different from my selection, please email me and we will go from there.

Additional Policies

I have done a number of commissions and custom pieces and I am happy to discuss your specific needs with you.  For example:

  • You may send me a photo of a special occasion dress and ask me to design something to wear with it.
  • If you see something you like on the site but would prefer a different color, posts instead of earwires, a lobster clasp instead of a toggle, a different length, etc., please let me know and I will accommodate your wishes if it can be done.
  • I have created jewelry for brides and bridesmaids, matching the theme colors of the wedding.
  • I have made jewelry for organizations that wanted to use earrings or bracelets as party favors or thank you gifts.

I will work with you to make sure you get what you want, within your budget.

For custom orders, if possible, I will create one or more prototypes from which you may choose.  Once you have decided, I will ask for a down payment of 30 percent before moving ahead with your project.

If something you have bought from me breaks, I will repair it.  Just ship it back to me and I will pay the postage to return the repaired item to you.
